Ayrshire Council on Alcohol
Ayrshire Council on Alcohol (ACA) was established in 1979. We provide free, confidential one-to-one information, advice and support to individuals aged 16+ living in South or East Ayrshire who are concerned about their own and/or loved one’s drinking whether they wish to stop completely or reduce to less hazardous levels.

Dumbarton Area Council on Alcohol
DACA is a specialist alcohol counselling service, using a goal-oriented and person-centred approach to support positive behaviour change. Working from our two bases, Dumbarton and Clydebank, we welcome new clients from the West Dunbartonshire area.

Edinburgh & Lothian Council on Alcohol
ELCA has been providing its services for over 50 years to people who have been affected by their own or someone else’s drinking. We offer advice, information, 1-1 counselling, and support. We run a Women’s Recovery Group, have a specific service for Polish speaking clients, and work within HMP Edinburgh with clients affected by alcohol & drugs.

Liber8 Counselling
We began as LCOA, relaunching in 2007 as Liber8 Lanarkshire. We initially offered a pro/re-active approach to tackling alcohol/substance and mental health issues. We now provide a diverse range of community-based services, making significant impact through counselling and support services to individuals; young people; specific groups; and families.

Murray’s Initiative
We offer free, confidential, trauma-informed support for people affected by alcohol, drugs and poor mental health. Through counselling, tailored programmes and accredited training, we empower healthier lives and build resilient individuals and communities.

New Way
New Way is a charity built on lived experience. We provide a wide range of support, including counselling, peer befriending, group support and volunteering and training opportunities to people with alcohol and other substance use related issues and their families. We provide fast and person-centred support to people at varying stages of recovery.

Substances Support Scotland delivers services across Scotland, with a primary operational and service delivery focus in Fife. Our work includes community-based counselling, recovery-focused support, outreach aligned to local need.

Tayside Council on Alcohol
TCA works alongside people, families and communities to mitigate the impact of substance use, gambling, offending and other risky/harmful behaviours. We seek to challenge stigma, inequality, discrimination and marginalisation.
We aim to develop services that meet the needs of people in Tayside, develop partnerships and achieve sustainable change.

West Lothian Drug & Alcohol Service
WLDAS offers a variety of harm-reduction services to support recovery from substance use to residents of West Lothian. Guided by the national MAT standards, WLDAS takes a person-centred, trauma-informed approach to focus on mental health as well as tackling inequalities and stigma attached to those impacted by drugs and alcohol.
